Fat Cat @ The Croft

When the Fat Cat Sauna is not out and about, it’s situated on our own private Croft, nestled within an acre of private grounds and available for exclusive-use bookings.

A private booking at The Croft includes use of all of our facilities alongside the Fat Cat Sauna including exclusive use of The Croft grounds, campfire area, picnic area, plunge pool and composting toilet for up to 10 people.

Private Hire

We come to you!! We also offer private hire of our mobile sauna in and around Central Scotland, for private gatherings and groups.

Private Hire Prices

A £400 damage deposit is taken at the time of booking for all private hires. This is returned on collection assuming there are no damages.

Private Hire FAQ

What is included in a private hire?

Standard sauna rental includes the following:

• Sauna hire for your exclusive private use with seating for up to 6 people
• Steps and two tables
• Free delivery and siting of the sauna within 10 miles of EH52 (please contact us to discuss delivery further afield!)
• Kindling and one bag (~10kg) of seasoned logs per day rental
• Initial set up and training on how to use the sauna
• 6x natural fibre sauna hats
• Sauna bucket and ladle

What do I need to hire the sauna?

• An appropriate place to sit the sauna (a level surface with good access for a van)
• Permission from the landowner (if that’s not yourself) to site the sauna

Where can I site the sauna?

For us to site the sauna for a private hire, you must have the landowners permission.

Suitable locations for private hires may include garden spaces, holiday rentals and campsites.

Can I rent the sauna for an event or festival?

Yes! A supplement is charged for events or commercial use based on the duration and expected number of users. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
